Request Deletion

To request deletion of data associated with Fullcoin Social Signal Monitor, email support@fullcoin.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include This Information

• Your name or organization name.
• The email address associated with your request or account.
• The connected platform account or Page, if applicable.
• The platform involved, such as YouTube, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.

What We Delete

We will delete account-connected data, stored OAuth tokens, cached API responses associated with the request where reasonably identifiable, and internal analysis records tied to the connected account or request, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

Platform Revocation

You may also revoke the application's access directly in the relevant platform's account settings. Revoking access prevents future API access but may not automatically delete previously cached analysis data, so email us if you also want deletion from our systems.

Response Time

We will acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and complete valid requests as soon as practical, subject to identity verification and legal requirements.
